Please excuse the silence as we unpack our lives and deal with difficult companies (*cough* Bell *cough)* while everything gets set up properly.

Ah good old Bell! I remember about 7 years moving within Orleans and it took them 2 weeks to finally get me a proper ADSL Highspeed signal in my house…..they had to switch me to a different HS modem and couldn’t get it shipped to my new house correctly (stalling tactics hmmm.) I finally told the Agent on the phone that I would meet them in the lobby on Elgin street and she personally handed me a modem on her lunch break.
It’s not like they are still a monopoly , there are other options.
Ohhhhh…. don’t get me started on Bell
When we moved from Montreal to the Kitchener-Waterloo area 2 years ago we had HUGE problems with them in switching everything over… turns out Bell Canada wasn’t really a Canada wide country… but rather each province was individualized… and they couldn’t give us the same services… yada yada yada.
Hang in there… it only took me 6 months to get it all straighten out
