Now I know that weather warnings are series things, so serious that they must be in all caps and without any paragraph breaks. This reads like someone is typing passionately on one of those old morse code "beeping" machines.
Good content, is it too much to ask for one or two paragraph breaks thrown in for good measure?

I saw that last night, looked at if for about 1.2 seconds…. thought “why is environment Canada yelling at me?” and surfed on to nhl.com to check the scores. I have no tolerance for all caps (and no attention span).
