Lori and the kids are on their way to Southern Ontario. Her brother (Greg) is getting married on Friday, and we are all in the wedding. She and the kids are in the wedding, I am doing the wedding. I am driving down a little later in the week to meet them so that gives me a few days to work before leaving.
It is always a different feeling when my family is away, and well it should be. I am building my life around them, so the feeling of “what do I do with myself” is both welcome and necessary. This feeling use to unnerve me, but not any more. I would be more freaked out if they left and I felt nothing…or even relieved.

Jesus please go with Lori and the children as they travel and keep Your mighty hand of protection over them. Make the time pass swiftly until this family reunites. Dear Jesus thank you for our Pastors and leaders at TLC and their precious families. Amen.
Pastor Jason, drive carefully and ingest some caffeine before leaving. I’m praying travel mercies for all of you.
