Scott, I agree, it was a great shot in the arm indeed. He confirmed/challenged some thoughts I had on various issues. I often hear about how it is isolating being a leader in ministry. I agree that it can be, but it doesn’t have to be.

I agree. It’s freaking awesome to do ministry with your friends. It’s freaking awesome to have people in your life to challenge, encourage and inspire you. I’m new to your blog, but I’m glad I stumbled upon it. And nice shoes!
