Parenting Shift

Today Lori and I have officially entered the next phase of life as parents.

3 kids
2 sports activities
2 locations
1 tag alone left out child who is still too young for organized sports but thinks she is old enough.

ALL SCHEDULED AT THE SAME TIME TONIGHT.

Not complaining, just saying its a shift for us.

  1. Ah the joys of parenthood. Our 1st two are 16 months apart and our 3rd is almost 4 years younger so he is often the ‘third wheel’ as we go from place to place. Isn’t being a dad great!

I’m at the end of that cycle with 2 boys being in competitive hockey for the past 8 years. Only a couple years left for my eldest and a few more with the youngest. Being accustom to the hectic but fun pase, I wonder what shall I do with my time when all is over. These are great years coming up for you. Enjoy every moment. And know if you and Lori need an ear and word of encouragement.. I’m here for you Pastor Jason.
