Lori is back from her overnight trip in a few hours…and I am a bit tired. I had a great day (…and night) with the kids yesterday. A few of them ended up in my room and we finally all got settled and sleeping by 1am. Ally, my youngest, was up at 5:10am and she proceeded to wake up the rest of the house.
That made for a short night, but one full of great memories.
This morning when the amazing Mrs. Thibault came over to watch the kids while I went to work, she remarked how quite the house was. I let her know that is what happens when you have 3 hours to get the kids up and ready for school.
Who knew there was so much time in the morning if you just got up earlier
