Still Just Me

Nice… my first official post after becoming Lead Pastor’s wife and I
am writing about getting into a bathing suit… But you watch there
will be more comments on this post than the ones I slaved for hours
over… we are all more alike than we are different…I didn’t wake up
today a different person… I am still me:)

    Lori,
    The great thing about the blogs you and Jason post is that you have no pretense. We can so easily connect with you simply because we can relate at a practical, day to day level.
    Reading here is not about “just me” Lori, it’s about seeing a wonderul example of humility and transparency. I look forward to reading all your posts but am particularly blessed with the little peaks into your lives.

    Hah! Crack me up. I totally relate about the hair issue, but we gotta just suck it up and wear hats more!! :) That’s my solution – I swim as much as I want, get my hair wet like crazy to make the kids happy, and wear baseball hats and cowboy hats and bucket hats, and, well, you get the picture. :) I find I have to wash it and style it more with running in the summer (ie, lots of sweat!), so this has been my solution. Hope it helps!! :) And I’m sure you look FAB in a bathing suit. :) We gotta be that example for our girls – look beautiful just the way you are. :) Nicolle
